The Windriders of Anbennar are a pragmatic collection of ancient semi-nomadic clans that date back to the times of Draconian Anbennar. Ever since the fall of the dragon orders of Anbennar, the Windriders have taken over a vast majority of the ancient and empty yet lush continent, claiming the most resource rich and prosperous locations for themselves. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ The Windriders are ruled by a semi-magical being they believe to be the avatar of nature and magic itself. In the event this figure is absent from Windrider affairs, the Sanctuary Council rules through wisdom and honor by favoring this avatar's wishes and upholding all Windrider virtues.
