Secure Facility Dossier: Site 77 The SCP Foundation Southern Europe Mass Containment Facility (EUITLA-Site-77) is an SCP Foundation facility located in the Province of L'Aquila, Abruzzo in southern Italy. Due to the large concentration of anomalous objects at this location, Site-77 has experienced an above-average number of containment breaches. However the number of major containment incidents is on par with other Foundation facilities. Site-77 is the highest-volume containment site currently held by the Foundation.
