Every country on Skorpian hate each other, no exception, national identity is the core of each government and people, the states thrive on hate, full of self-interest and corruption. Wars, is a common occurence on Skorpian, it's no surprise that despite being the same species as each other, a man would always want another man dead. War shaped the earth, war shaped the culture, war shaped the men and women. But in the end, we are meant to be happy. When national identity matters more than the life of millions.
