Overseen with his grace, Vishneri, The Director. The Embassy of Creation acts as a subgroup of the Whiterose Initiative, in which the Secretary of Creation is to oversee and manage any and all assets in terms of games, models, decals, etc. used by the Whiterose Initiative and to create games that have some relation to the Whiterose Initiative that members of the WRI or outlookers from WRI's Extended Community can enjoy. "What defines WRI's Extended Community?" Foreign Leaders, groups, and everything alike that has recognized the Whiterose as its own.
