Originally owned by Gojira The city of Dune holds the seat of power of Elsweyr, currently hosting the capital of the whole Elsweyr Confederacy, as well as being a hub of military training. The hold of Dune has the most elite guard of Elsweyr, and in order to enter, utmost loyalty to Elsweyr as well as skill in hand-to-hand combat is required.
