Description
The 1st Battalion Rangers, formed in Northern Ireland during 1942, were a critical part in the African landings against Axis forces. They later adopted the iconic Ranger Scroll patch, along with the 3rd and 4th Battalions, involved in Operations throughout WW2 up through until the end of the war. The 1st Ranger Battalion is a unit mainly attached and involved in OPERATION OVERLORD, by Red Bear.
