▬▬▬▬ 🤝 𝗧𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘀𝘆𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ⚔️ ▬▬▬▬ After the Great Civil Strife of 1917 had simmered into a gridlock war of reclamation, the Empire knew its foothold wouldn't last long if it could not consolidate friendships and legitimacy through international relations. Still, during the Crisis in 1918, the Tsarist Provisional Council, a precursor to the Imperial Government, began seeking relations with foreign powers as a new and authentic face for Russia.
