The Empire of New Icía is a mighty Militaristic Society based on an Earth that has sprung into a new Ice Age. Technology has degenerated, as only the most powerful nations hold power. Headed by the First Icían Emperor, The Empire was able to defeat all odds. The Empire rose to power immediately after the Ice Age wars, showing itself to be the dominant nation.
