Communes of Valtneria #88630855
Description
**Government Type:** Proto-Communist Anarchy **Political Structure:** Councils of Volunteers **Region:** Mountainous highlands and river valleys in Southern Noobia **Population:** Unknown Origins Valtneria emerged after the collapse of a small feudal duchy during the early chaos of the French Revolutionary Wars. Peasants, artisans, and deserters overthrew the nobility and rejected monarchy, centralized government, and private land ownership. Instead of establishing a republic, they formed a stateless network of self-governing communes. Though inspired by Enlightenment ideals and revolutionary French, Valtneria went further—abolishing permanent offices, wages, and hereditary authority.
