Who are the tophats? The tophats are a group of rich people giving money to the poor, we have first started in 2025 Septemeber 2nd! We are mostly friendly and do not consist of enemies. Our forces are kind and we are hope to Nevada and it's kind. Founded by Mortrimer aka Steve. We have been constantly giving money to the starting grunts of the game! We fund divisions for their future wars and proceed to P.R.O.T.E.C.T this mad world! Remember folks, get rich! Help lads! And make a LEEEGACY!
