Description
State of NYC! This is a hardcore Liberty County roleplay server. There are ranks of Admin. (Red undercover car) Moderator. (Black undercover). And only blue undercover for the server owner. Members can NOT have undercover cars but ghost cars are acceptable. There are exotics. And fail rp will result in a kick.

Growth
Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
