Description

The perceived ideology of the Enclave stems from their conviction that its members are the sole representatives of humanity: unlike humans outside the Enclave's shielded facilities, few, if any, members of the Enclave were exposed to nuclear fallout and other harmful factors present in the wasteland. __ To join the ranks of the Military or to level up in the hierarchy you must complete the applications, you must join the communications.
