Republic of Oceania After a nuclear war in East-Asia and a following nuclear winter, the northern regions of the world have become uninhabitable, leading to large exodus of people from the north to the south which has largely collapsed the world's governments, leading to the formation of super states which are now faced with crippling immigration issues; Oceania, as one of the last ######## in the pacific, is one of those super states.
