Her belief: no one should grieve alone, and every life deserves a beautiful remembrance. Alongside her, First Lady Victoria R. Duval became the spiritual heart of Kelms Memorial. Her voice—often heard in eulogies and hymns—brought peace to countless families and helped shape the home’s reputation for soulful, inclusive services.
