LAS aims to provide high quality prehospital care. We believe that faster the patient receives correct treatment the better for him, thus we operate under "stay&play" doctrine, over "load&go" unless direct treatment is not possible in the field ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ LAS runs graded level of prehospital care, depending on call acuity, certain units are dispatched ➤Ambulance - standard ALS or BLS unit, staffed with paramedics or rescuers or both, dispatched to majority of calls, including non urgent ➤Rapid Response Vehicle - ALS SUV carrying advanced additional equipment and drugs, staffed by paramedic and emergency physician - dispatched to high acuity calls. ➤Air Ambulance - HEMS service, carrying similar eq. as RRV, staffed with paramedic and emergency physician, both with additional training in flight medicine ➤Mobile ECMO Team - highly specialized separate RRV, property of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Clinic, staffed by anesthesiologist and ICU nurse or perfusionist
