In advent of the 2nd American Civil War. Supply lines and even factories once owned by Del-Tac fell into hostile hands. With the alarm rate of which Del-Tac was losing these facilities and even personnel were unacceptable. With no other choice using already failing PMC companies, Del-Tac would purchase them and reform them into Viper Company. Viper Company is a direct subsidiary to Del-Tac, handling inhouse security matters with tactical precision. [Viper Company is not the main focus of this group. Quality over Quantity.] Founded in 20XX
