Eye Strategic Command ▬▬▬ -- ☉ -- ▬▬▬ Comprised of the best strategists and leaders the Rosistance has to offer, ESCOM is a sub-division sanctioned by The Eye dedicated to forming/executing intricate strategies to be used by the Rosistance on City-17. These strategies include, but is not limited to, riots, printing operations, reconnaissance, preparation. ▬▬▬ -- ☉ -- ▬▬▬ There are two types of members in ESCOM. Strategists - Creates and perfects intricate strategies and teaches them to commanders. Commanders - Executes the strategies provided by strategists to ensure Rosistance control on City-17 operations. ▬▬▬ -- ☉ -- ▬▬▬ Being a member of The Eye does not grant immediate access to ESCOM and vice versa, the two divisions are relatively separate.
