Description
In the late winter of 2025, teens from the 15th and McDonough and the surrounding area came together to protect each other and stand unified during tense times in their neighborhood. The block sits in a tight pocket of the city, and while it may seem low-key from the outside, it carries a strong presence when challenged. All members of this movement are from the 15th and McDonough area. 2 sets was formed on the block known as 1500 Gottem Gxng & RL5. 1500 Gottem Gxng & RL5 consists of those who grew up together on 15th, building loyalty through shared experiences and neighborhood roots. Many members are influenced by older ties connected to the older SDB off of 12th and Sawyer, but 1500 Gottem Gxng and RL5 operates as its own younger identities. 1500 is NOT a set — it is a block/hood that consists of different influences and smaller crews formed by those who grew up there.
