The remnants of a Brooklyn gang war that left the city-streets in a state of perpetual war, many citizens that had to turn to a life of crime formed the ScarrCat mafia. Promising to free the civilians of Brooklyn from the iron fist of the many gangs that held it on its knees. But the ScarrCat Mafia slowly fell to same level of the gangs that held it hostage so many years ago. JOIN TODAY!
