Description
In the mid-year of the war, the Free German Military saw the need for an extraordinary force that would comprise of similar concept as the Army except that it would operate independently. The Free German Military assigned the task to Lieutenant General Kanami, who was the commander of the VI Corps and well-known for his use of special operation forces. The Special External Affairs later saw an extensive use in the Western Front and Eastern Front.
