Description
CI || Research Department The CI || Research Department is the scientific and experimental backbone of the Chaos Insurgency, tasked with harnessing anomalous objects, entities, and technologies for the Insurgency’s benefit. Unlike the SCP Foundation, which seeks to contain anomalies, the CI Research Department actively studies and weaponizes them—prioritizing utility, control, and tactical advantage. Comprised of rogue scientists, defectors, and radical thinkers, the department conducts classified research in hidden labs, pushing ethical boundaries to develop new methods of subversion, sabotage, and survival in a world dominated by anomalous threats. Knowledge is power—and the CI intends to use it.
