We are Universe 0! A fanmade universe for a game we love! We have plenty of strongish people who'll help you learn how to play and we have lots of people you can yap to! We're friendly and accepting of pretty much anyone, we're active in other games too and are collaborating with dragonball projects to be an official group for when they launch.
