Description
On the shores of Southeast Asia, there resides an autonomous city-state. It's capital Tamchang is a prosperous port city that centers itself around trade with it's neighbors and foreign merchants. While no threats are looming anywhere near it's borders, perhaps foreign lands will be in need of special delivery? While at first part of a colonial possession, their overlords and all foreigners unexpectedly vanished overnight without a trace. This saw the birth of Tamchang's greatest mystery. Some speculated the foreign power called for it's citizens and military to return to their homeland, while others even toyed with the idea of spiritual intervention. Nonetheless, the population was left with no instruction or clue on what to do. The closest thing left that resembled any form of organization was the city's postal service. The people then just decided that the head postmaster was their best bet, and he was literally thrusted out of his own home into the position of Prince.
