Welcome to the 'Royal Oceanographic Institution of Roblox' (ROIR for short)! This is a nonprofit research organization that studies the marine bodies of water in Archipelagic State of Roblox (ASOR). ROIR was founded in January 2013 by EpicEricFaith.
