𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒𝐊𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 Icelandic Infantry Regiment 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 Following the Battle of Copenhagen, Icelandic militias from around the island were amalgamated into one regiment and three companies. Iceland saw battle throughout the remainder of the Napoleonic Wars, particularly against the Swedish.
