Description
[The Empire of Black Marsh Civil Guard division] To join: Apply during tryouts (Currently needs a Captain of the Guard.) Duty: To keep crime rate low and arrest individuals who commit crimes. (In example: Murder) Guidelines: Guards follow a set of rules: 1. Guards may NOT falsely arrest. 2. Guards may NOT abuse authority 3. Guards may NOT kill civilians unless they resist arrest. Arrests: Murder = 10 minutes in jail.
