Description

The FBI was established in 1908 as a satellite bureau tasked with counterintelligence, organised crime suppression, and domestic threat assessment across the Pacific Northwest. For three decades, they operated by the book —until 2003, the SM-1A virus spread across the United States, the nation collapsed. All communications from Washington D.C. went silent. No orders came. No extraction arrived. No reinforcements. Multiple field office including Portland was left alone. A group of FBI agents stationed in Oregon decided to forfeit the motto they once bled for—"Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity"and became Cascadia Cells; shadow operatives loyal to no flag, no constitution, no chain of command. Operating independently, they trust few. With limited resources. They only aid those who benefit them, eliminating all threats without hesitation, and trust no one. They are not heroes. They are not villains. They are survivors who learned that oaths are only as good as the ones who keep them.
