The Praetorian Guard were elite Roman soldiers tasked with the protection and service of the Emperor and the Imperial family. Established by Augustus, they were trained with rigorous discipline and maintained strict adherence to the protocols of Imperial etiquette. As the primary security force within the Palace, the ########### were entrusted with the safety of the Emperor and the Imperial Household.
