STARBASE Faction. Prioritizes defending friendly settlements and stations who are willing to work with faction and generally keeping peace, along with recruitment to further that goal. Uses a specialist system, basically for example if you're good at stealth you are now a stealth specialist. INV: utilize Starbase disco server. To get into the group, wait for someone to accept your req. Make sure there's some context to your joining so that people will actually let you in.
