The Connections (コネクション) is a mysterious international crime syndicate that creates and sells bioweapons. The Connections operates from the shadows with very little being known about them. Active on a global scale, they recruit operatives such as Mia Winters, Victor Gideon, and Zeno. They have deep ties to the U.S. government, H.C.F., TRICELL, The Family, and the Four Houses. With their political influence, they were directly behind the downfall of the Umbrella Corporation and Oswell E. Spencer, allowing The Connections to seize Umbrella's assets.
