Description
Unofficial group. The Department of Ecology (DECO) at the Black Mountain Complex (BMC) was established by the USRF in 2162. The station consists of Northeast Union (NEU) scientists from differing backgrounds, sentient or non-sentient droids who have either joined or are operated by Ecologists, and a minimal number of wastelanders deemed fit for ecological work. Their overarching objective is to research the lifeforms of the wasteland, survey the environment, and advise the military on these details.
