The Chaos Insurgency | C.I. "Creating logic out of Illogic." ===== The Chaos Insurgency is a group of interest (GOI) to the SCP Foundation. It has numerous involvements within the world of the anomalous and supernatural. The Insurgency is lead by the secretive Delta Command, who get instructed by the even more secretive "Engineer" as members call them.
