🤸♀️Hi there gymnasts🤸♀️ Welcome to our elite competition team.Here, we have a lot of different programs that are based on real USAG and Xcel guidelines and requirements. Our goal is to either improve your gymnastics skills, or give you an opportunity to compete in elite competitions. Coach Ellie and I (Coach Emma) are proud of all the elite gymnasts that we have on this team. We are strict but fair coaches with tons of real gymnastics experience. If you would like to join our team, we have three programs to best suit your skill level. 🥉Intermediate- USAG Levels 1-4 OR Xcel Bronze/Silver 🥉 🥈Junior Competition- USAG Levels 5-7 OR Xcel Gold/Platinum 🥈 🥇Advanced Competition- USAG Levels 8- Elite OR Xcel Diamond 🥇 IMPORTANT: Ranks have been updated and a UNCONFIRMED plan for Xcel gymnastics has been created.
