Sovereign rule: We intend to become a nation with the goal of ending imperial ownership by larger powers. We will not be owned by a larger power, nor will we own a smaller power, unless we are allowed to collaborate in ownership of a power run by a member of our ranks. CORA will not instate rules and legislations over servers that we take.
