Description
The GOC is a branch of the Soldiers of Cipher that focuses on making laws and voting on them. This branch is less combat based and more leaned towards the betterment of the SOC as a whole. - Ranks in the SOC that are not Officer+ will automatically be ranked to Spectator. Spectators can spectate trials and meetings but cannot participate unless they are a witness. If you've been a spectator for a certain amount of time, you can run for Representative, where you will be able to represent you fellow soldiers more effectively during meetings. Officers and High Officers have their own ranks in GOC, as well as specialized uniforms (Officer only). Judges are SOC Drill Sergeants and Enforcers that have been chosen to give out punishments via the GOC. ELECTIONS FOR PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT ARE HELD EVERY MONTH, ANY RANK CAN RUN. AVE CIPHER
