Description
Formed in the chaotic aftermath of the Russian Federation’s collapse in 2014, the Karelian Ministry of Health was one of the first ministries formally established under the Provisional Government in Petrozavodsk. Originally operating out of repurposed Soviet-era hospitals and clinics, the K-MoH has grown into a powerful and highly centralized agency responsible not only for civilian health services, but also for wartime medical logistics, biological research, and psychological operations.
