"Jesters" A fairly new American gang founded in 1949 in urban Chicago. Not much is known about them other than the gang's involvement in several gambling and smuggling operations. Gang members, also referred to as "Jesters", are usually sharply dressed and usually dawning a clown mask. The gang plans to expand their operations to other cities and eventually states.
