Ethics Committee is the internal department responsible for reviewing procedures to ensure the Foundation stays "cold, not cruel". While often mocked by researchers as a "poor joke" or a "do-nothing" board, it is secretly one of the most powerful bodies within the Foundation, serving as a critical check on the O5 Council.
