Description
The 1st Platoon serves as the primary local-level unit within the company, embodying the core philosophy of the Vietnam Militia and Self-Defence Force (VMSF) as a force that is never "separated from production." While their counterparts in the 2nd Platoon maintain a constant presence at the barracks, the members of 1st Platoon are the neighborhood’s dual-role citizens. By day, they are farmers, factory workers, and civil servants; by night or during scheduled mobilizations, they are the first line of territorial defense.
