Description
STATE OF BACKWATER Founded 1/23/21 Capital: Little Rock The State of Backwater was formerly apart of the US State of Arkansas when it decided to secede with the other states that are apart of Birmingham. The rest of Arkansas did not wish to secede, so Backwater was the only lone portion of Arkansas to secede. Backwater is home to rich Southern culture and history as well.
