STATE OF BAYOU Founded 1/23/21 Capital: New Orleans Home of the famous Cajun people and their delicious food. The State of Bayou houses the City of New Orleans which is home to many thriving industries. Bayou also contains the Louisiana swamps, a large body of preserved wetlands.
