Description
The Clockwork Covenant is a fringe cell within the Chaos Insurgency that has developed a strange Mekhanite belief system centered around the Insurgencies "Engine". Unlike standard Mekhanite sects, the Covenant interprets Mekhanite principles through the lens of light and celestial worship. believing the Engine to be a dormant Light Entity, or the heart of MEKHANE in a radiant form. This has put them at odds with more mainstream Mekhanite sects given their strange beliefs and alignment. serving as a more occult cell of the Chaos insurgency, albiet with rather loose allegiances to Delta Command. It is believed the sect originated from a defecting Site that had come into contact with Insurgent and Mekhanite Assets.
