[MODERATION TEAM] [ABOUT] The Moderation Team is responsible for maintaining order, professionalism, and safety across all British Army facilities. Moderators are not a combat unit — they are the enforcement arm that ensures rules are followed, standards are upheld, and the community remains secure. [DRESS PROTOCOL] Moderators do not require uniforms or berets. However, you must maintain a professional and realistic avatar while on duty. This includes: Realistic skin tone Appropriate face No packages or unrealistic proportions Failure to maintain a professional appearance or follow BA conduct standards may result in removal from the Moderation Team. [EXPECTATIONS] Moderators are expected to: Enforce BA rules fairly and consistently Remain calm, unbiased, and professional Assist members and maintain order in all BA spaces Report serious issues to High Command or Senior Moderation
