Description
N.I.C.E stands for Nagaiki International Center of Enigma. This is the base for all who support the development of Role-play games originally created by ShisubekiNephilim (ShiChan or Datenshi/Daten) who is an N.I.C.E employee. Things will change in the future, as Ms.Shisubeki continues improving skill and knowledge about development. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Everything takes place in a country called Nagaiki, on a planet named Hakko, mostly in the state Shimizu.
