Sacred to Hera and celebrated in legend as the home of heroes such as Perseus and Diomedes, the city earned renown for its disciplined hoplites, skilled artisans, and enduring influence throughout the Peloponnese. Though often rivaling Sparta for supremacy, the Argives remained steadfast in their independence and proud of their ancient heritage. 📯 Will you stand beneath the crimson banners of Argos, adding your name to the legacy of heroes, or will you watch as others write the history of Hellas?
