The New York City Police Department is the largest police force in the United States of America with over 34, 500 uniform officers. It was made in 1845. However in 1625 eight men made the night watch system. It replaced it with the NYPD. The New York City Police Department has also specialized services such as Emergency Service Unit, K-9, Criminal Intelligence, and many more special divisions. ------------------- Motto: Fidelis ad Mortem.
