4th Saoupen Expeditionary Fleet (第4遠征艦隊) #936665320
Description
The 4th Expeditionary Fleet (第4遠征艦隊) is the principal naval arm of the Saoupen 4th Expeditionary Forces, stationed at Midorika City Port. Tasked with securing sea lanes and projecting power across distant waters, the fleet serves as the spearhead of all overseas operations. Forged in the doctrine of absolute resolve, its captains and crews are taught that the ocean is not merely terrain but a test of spirit. Every vessel, from destroyers to capital ships, is expected to fight with unwavering discipline, pressing forward even when outnumbered or cut off from support. Fleet tradition places honor above survival. To retreat without purpose is to fail the mission; to stand and strike is to fulfill it. This belief has shaped the 4th Expeditionary Fleet into a force known for decisive engagements, relentless pursuit, and unbreakable will under fire.
