RCC's Elitist builder spinoff group used to house the actually decent builders and members. if you are not highly skilled or elite, your not getting in. Also we got sick of people spamming RCC with "HLP UZ BU1LD COA4STER PL0X" So we decided we would have a group were we could actually talk without that argument and such going on.
