Thaumaturgic Department The Thaumaturgic Department is responsible for operating and maintaining the heart of the Site, the Core, a highly sophisticated and essential system that powers the entire facility. Through engineering expertise, they play a crucial role in managing critical infrastructure, controlling site-wide functions, performing diagnostics and maintenance, and utilizing tools like high-frequency scanners. In high-risk situations, they are the first line of defense against high-risk events like System Failures or Core Meltdowns. Their work is essential to the safety and stability of the Site, blending technical expertise with high-level control over its most vital systems.
