Description
"The people never have the power. Only the illusion of it. And here’s the real secret: they don’t want it. The responsibility is too great to bear. It’s why they’re so quick to fall in line as soon as someone takes charge. They want to be told what to do"-Haytham Kenway, Templar grandmaster. The Templar Order is an organization formed in 1129 to protect the Holy See and Jerusalem, overtime the Templars gained power and saw their sworn duty to unite the world in peace by means of absolute power. They eventually learnt of an ancient artifact called "The Apple of Eden" that could give them that power they desired. They soon learnt of another cause with a similar goal, this cause was known as the "Order of the Assassin's". The difference between the two causes was that the Assassin's belive people should not have a ruler while the Templars belived people should. This would result in a very long conflict between the two organizations... Based on the Assassin's Creed franchise
